What is Micro Blading?

 Phibrows micro- blading is a manual “hand” method of permanent cosmetics for your eyebrows which creates extremely fine natural looking hair strokes. The results? Perfectly natural looking, thick, full eyebrows. How long does Microblading last? Depending on your skin type and care, the pigment will fade slowly over 18-24 months. Is Microblading painful? The service can be a little uncomfortable for those that are more sensitive. However, there is an anesthetic applied during to keep this to a mini- mum to where it is completely tolerable. How does it work? The pigment is applied with a specific Phibrow tool that has a row of several fine needles to create thin hair like marks in the skin. The pigment is bladed just below the epidermis and the shallowest part of the dermis, making extremely fine natural looking hair strokes. A natural result is achieved. A touchup is needed in 4-6 weeks after your initial treatment. How long is the appointment? The appointment should take about two hours. What can I expect during my service?  

  1. Before the appointment a consultation to discuss expectations and results of the treatment.
  2. The artists then draws on the eyebrow shape. Eyebrows are measured perfectly to compliment your face and shape.
  3. The artist chooses the best color for you.
  4. Strokes are placed, then anesthetic is applied to reduce any discomfort.
  5. Pigment is worked into each stroke to define the brow.
  6. Pigment mask is left on to absorb into the skin.
  7. The artists cleans the area thoroughly.
  8. After the service, the artist will apply medical silicone that will remain on the skin 12-24 hours.Is there any after-procedure care? Yes! Make sure to avoid ALL of the following. -Increased sweating, practicing sports, swimming, hot sauna or jacuzzi, sun tanning or tanning salon. -Any laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and /or creams containing Retin-A or Glycol Acid on the face or neck. Picking, peeling or scratching the area in order to avoid scarring or removal of the pigment. 
  9. What happens during the healing process? Your new eyebrows will go thru several phases during the healing process. True reflection of the healed color can only be assessed 3-4 weeks after the treatment. It will go from dark, to light, to just right!

  • There is a Permanent Makeup consultation fee that is a non-refundable.  The $25 Consultation fee will go towards permanent makeup procedure once appointment is made.
